Ingredients:
- 40 ml Tequila
- 40 ml Pineapple Juice
- 30 ml Orange Juice
- 20 ml Coconut Purée
- 30 ml Soda Water
Method:
Shake tequila, pineapple juice, orange juice, and coconut purée with ice until smooth. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice, then top with a splash of soda water.
Note:
If the drink becomes too creamy, add a bit more soda. Adding a squeeze of lime (if you have it) will brighten the cocktail significantly.
Garnish:
Garnish with a pineapple wedge or an orange slice.
